What is Sharzhukov's Laboratory?

Sharzhukov's Laboratory is a web platform and software development project — an open platform for enthusiasts. Our goal is to create modern web solutions and software, and to support them.

What projects are you working on?

Our main project right now is WithLand — a turn-based colony survival simulator written in C++17. You can find all of our projects and their source code on GitHub.

Are your projects open source?

Yes — our projects are hosted on GitHub and are open to contributions. Each repository is distributed under the license specified in its own LICENSE file. You're welcome to clone, fork, or contribute.

How can I get involved?

The best way is to join our Discord server. It's where we discuss the project, share updates, and coordinate contributions. Whether you want to code, test, design, or just follow along — you're welcome here.

I'd like to contribute code. Where do I start?

Find a repository you're interested in on our GitHub, look through open issues, and pick something you'd like to work on. Fork the repository, implement your changes, test them, and open a Pull Request. If you're unsure where to begin, ask in our Discord — we'll point you in the right direction.

Where can I download your projects?

All of our releases are available on the Download page. You can also download the source code directly from our GitHub repositories, or browse older releases on dl.sharzhukov.com.

Where can I report bugs or send feedback?

You can report bugs and send feedback in two ways:

• Open an issue on the relevant GitHub repository;

• Or write to us in our Discord server.

When reporting, please describe what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. Detailed reports are much easier to act on.

Can I use your projects in my own work?

It depends on the license of each individual project. Check the LICENSE file in the corresponding repository. If you're unsure whether your use case is allowed, ask us in Discord or open an issue.

I have a question that isn't listed here.

Join our Discord server and ask — we're happy to help.
